OXDASIA.com offer returns for items within 14 days of receipt of shipment. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order.
As a customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. But the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by a seller are borne by the buyer. If the order is valued at US$100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over US$75 but less than US$100 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below US$75, we suggest FedEx/DHL delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you.
Please note that all product packaging must be in their original condition (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, energy gel, bar and drinks cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. When you return your order, please also add a return note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:
- Your order number
- Which items you’re returning for a refund

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return back at our warehouse in its original condition. Once received, we'll refund your original payment method - this is usually done within 7 working day.
It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow up to 7 working days for all returned items to be refunded.
We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
RETAIL STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased at retail or elsewhere other than OXDASIA.com must be returned where you purchased them. Return policies may vary. Restocking fees may apply. Contact the dealer directly for their return policy information.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a OXDASIA.com error, the cost of original shipping fees that we have incurred for the return item will be deducted from your refund. Please note that Tax on restocking fees may also apply to return items.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lchiu@Maplez.com.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lchiu@Maplez.com and send your item to: Studio 3, 2/F, Hewlett Centre Kowloon HK NA.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
