Why: Racing is one of the physically and mentally demanding sports.

It can get very hot inside the car. Most drivers have to prepare themselves, do a lot of training to make sure that they are physically fit before going to the race. Usually, before the race, I do a lot of stretches, warm-ups, skipping ropes.

I always use OXD, especially at the post-race, when my body is at its most tense, together with some stretches. And also when I need to cool down, keep my body temperature down, keep them nice and relax, not so tense like where I am in the car.

Why: Due to the flatfeet condition, I need to pay special effort to stretch and relax my calf’s muscle after cross training or LSD every time. I often use massage oil, cream or gel during the massage as it makes the relaxation more effective. I had tried so many brands, some of those smelled pretty ‘relaxing’ but didn't really help to cool my muscle down. Worse still, some products were too sticky and made the clean up very difficult.

Until I tried the OXD Recovery Gel, I was amazed how it worked so quickly in soothing my tight muscles, In addition, the gel has a nice texture and spread smoothly on my skin. It is easy to apply and can be washed off in no time. No more sticky and greasy hands!

Why: Triathlon is a high-intensity exercise. As a representative of the Hong Kong Triathlon Team, I have always associated great importance to the care of the muscles.

Before every game, I use OXD Intense Heat Cream. The product is ideal for high-intensity competitions and training, which can quickly increase muscle flexibility and reduce muscle strain. It is also perfect to use in an environment where there is insufficient time to warm up or the weather is cold, which brings me a strong sense of heat.

Why: Participating in two competitions in a week, the OXD sports care series helped me to prepare for the muscle warm-up before the race and even the over-night muscles recovery after the race, so that I can cope with the game in the best condition.

Recovery gel can help my muscles recover overnight and quickly prepare for the next practice and competition.
