All sales and promotions including individual and bundle products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Currently, we do not offer any international returns at this time.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 7 days of your order being delivered to you (if it meets the criteria listed below). If your delivery date has exceeded 7 days, we, unfortunately, can not offer a refund or exchange. 

ARRANGE A RETURN

Please reach out to our customer care representative to arrange your return.

We will need to know your order number, the items you want to return and the reason for return. Upon receipt of these details we will provide you with a returns authorisation number and guide you through the return process.

Please package the item securely and ensure our returns form is included inside.

You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.

Please note that all product packaging must be in their original condition (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.  Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.  Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records. 

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return back at our warehouse in its original condition.  Once received, we'll refund your original payment method - this is usually done within 7 working days.

It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow up to 7 working days for all returned items to be refunded.

We try hard to accept all returns.  In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased at retail or elsewhere other than OXDASIA.com must be returned where you purchased them.  Return policies may vary.  Restocking fees may apply.  Contact the dealer directly for their return policy information.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a OXDASIA.com error, the cost of original shipping fees that we have incurred for the return item will be deducted from your refund.  Please note that Tax on restocking fees may also apply to return items.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email before sending your item. Our customer care representative will contact with you.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
