What are the shipping rates?

The shipping charge shown when the order is submitted is subject to change. As we aim to keep the shipping cost as low as possible, so if the total weight of your order(s) is above 50kg, we’ll try to arrange with our courier to give you a better spot rate hence our friendly staff will contact you via email once you have submitted your order(s).

 

How long does shipping take?

We aim to deliver your goods in the fastest time possible.  We use SF Express/TNT to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, depending on your location, it can take from 3 to 10 working days for the goods to be delivered.

 

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email. The email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the SF Express/TNT website.

Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to several hours for it to be searchable in the system.

 

Import Taxes or Duties

Please be reminded that we cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the goods reach its country of destination. Because each country is different, and these fees often changes, therefore for more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

 

Abandon or refusal of an order

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. A credit will not be issues for orders that are abandoned or refused.
